Refund policy

• RETURNS •

 🏜 We DO accept returns!! If you order an item and do not like it - we do offer the chance to return it! However, it HAS to be within 3 business days (unless discussed).

🏜 Broken items / defective items - we will accept them as long as it is in 5 business days AFTER it is ready for pick up. If the item shows wear/tear then we will not accept it. We DO have the ability to decline returns and defective items.

• REFUNDS •

Depending on the circumstances/dilemma we will NOT be automatically offering a refund. Ex: if you order a preorder from our outside source and shipping is taking way longer than expected - we will offer in-store credit or a discount on your next order. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping but we do not want to be sitting on a bunch of preordered items. 

• INVOICING •

🧾We try to invoice everyone as quickly as possible but our “normal” invoicing days are MONDAY and THURSDAY. We promise we did not forget your order!

🧾We take A LOT of time trying to invoice everyone. We typically try to contact you if you have an unpaid invoice. If you do not respond OR pay the invoice within 5 days of the communication, it will automatically be canceled. We order items specifically for you so PLEASE work with us and pay those as quickly as possible.

• TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) for GRAPHIC TEES •

🌵 Our turnaround time on graphic tees is TYPICALLY around 18 business days. Sometimes much sooner! If you need your item in a hurry, please let us know when you place the order so we can try to guarantee it will be done within your time frame. 

🌵 Please note though that shipping can sometimes fall way behind and items do get lost in the mail, but we can assure you we work/communicate frequently with vendors to see where our items are.

• PREORDER TURN AROUND TIME •

🐮 Preorder turnaround time can take UP TO 8 WEEKS OF BUSINESS DAYS ONLY unless otherwise stated. However, we are working on only using vendors that have quicker turnaround times. Please understand that these are preorders - so you will have to take in account our deadline for the order. This TAT is NOT based on when you order.
